About us

This website is run by The Covenant, an independent organisation supporting UK armed forces veterans. We are separate from the UK Government.

Using this website

The information on this website is for general guidance. We work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that it always will be, and it is not professional advice. Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break into it or by sending spam through our forms.

Business Supporters Directory

• Businesses apply by choosing a package (Gold, Silver or Bronze) and paying the price shown, or a price we have agreed with you, through Stripe’s secure payment page.
• Every application is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We may decline a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or not in keeping with our work. If we decline your application, we will refund your payment in full.
• Your listing runs for 12 months from the date it goes live. We will contact you before it ends so you can renew.
• If we later need to remove a listing for the reasons above, we will tell you why.
• You are responsible for making sure the details you give us are accurate, and that you have the right to use the logo and wording you send us.
• You can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time by emailing us.
• A listing shows that a business supports our campaign. It is not a recommendation or endorsement of the business’s products or services by The Covenant.

Partner services

Some services mentioned on this website, such as utility switching and claims support, are provided by our partners, not by The Covenant. Their own terms apply, and we may receive a commission that helps fund our work. Any legal services are subject to the provider’s terms and eligibility, and no outcome is guaranteed.

We link to other websites, including those of directory supporters and partners. We are not responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

We are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on information on this website, or by the website being unavailable, except where the law says we cannot exclude that responsibility. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
