This policy explains what personal information The Covenant collects through this website, why we collect it, how we look after it and what your rights are. We keep it as short and clear as we can. If anything is unclear, email us at info@supportthecovenant.co.uk.
The Covenant (“we”, “us”) is an independent organisation supporting UK armed forces veterans, and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in it at info@supportthecovenant.co.uk.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Once we approve a directory listing, the business details are shown on this website: business name, logo, description, sector, town or area, website and business phone number. Your own contact name, email address and phone number are never published.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent for your directory listing at any time. Just email info@supportthecovenant.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
This website uses a secure (https) connection, access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
